Please note the following information regarding Knob Hill’s Association Manager –

The pool will be open for the season on Memorial Day weekend!

❗ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING KEY FOBS ❗

Please be advised that we have no more key fobs available until we receive shipment from the distributor. As of today, we were told that we should have more by middle of next week, but that is not guaranteed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. The fobs have been on backorder for months, and unfortunately this is beyond our control. We will be sure to update once we have more information.

If you’ve received an email informing you that your key fob is ready, you’re able to pick it up during our office hours from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have some good news for you soon!

Construction blasting began for the apartments near our Knob Hill community on 5/16/2022. These blasts will be happening once a day for the next couple of weeks. 🏗️

Things are coming along SWIMMINGLY over at the Knob Hill clubhouse! The pool has been framed and construction is underway!
