The Assistant Construction Superintendent is responsible for supporting our Superintendents on a daily basis through all aspects of new home building. You will be expected to monitor job sites, validate home construction schedules, coordinate on-site inspections, and ensure all punch lists are complete so that our final product of the home is of top quality. Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, crews, etc., is a must.
Qualifications:
- Hardworking individual with a broad base of construction home building experience
- Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Basic understanding of building plans and specifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer / tablet skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, stretch, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and lift, up to 80 pounds
Basic knowledge in the following areas is helpful:
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Paint
- Flooring
- Plumbing
- Electric
