Yes! Following title transfer, the new owner has the ability to transfer the warranty. However, this does not extend the warranty coverage periods. 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty requires the completion and submission of a transfer form after the sale of your home.

Unfortunately, yes. Heavy rains, intense heat or cold, etc., can all cause delays in the completion of your home. Additionally, some items such as sod, seed and straw, and exterior painting can be delayed during certain seasons/weather conditions.
The closing date is an estimated target date only. Because construction is extremely dependent on weather, supply availability, and crew availability, any closing date communicated is our best estimate and is in no way meant as a guarantee of closing on that date.
Yes! All buyers are welcome to schedule a tour, through their real estate agent, with a Premier Homes representative. Tours are conducted Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. There is a limit of four tours, allowed at certain phases of construction.
No. Buyers cannot make any alterations or additions to the home or lot prior to closing. This includes but is not limited to the alteration or addition of any equipment, wiring, appliances, wall or window coverings, sprinkler systems, or fences, unless approved by Premier Homes in writing.
No. All subcontractors are hired, supervised, and under the direction of Premier Homes, due to insurance and liability concerns.
All operational windows have window screens provided. Door screens, toilet paper holders, and towel holders are not included.
A “Change Order” is generated when you make a change to a feature of the home, following the Selection Timeframe. All Change Orders are required in writing on a Change Order form. Each Change Order incurs a $100 change order fee, in addition to any cost added by the change.
After an accepted Purchase Agreement, an appointment with our Design Center is scheduled. During your appointment, our talented Designer will help you to select all finishes/upgrades and go over your plans and specifications. After the meeting, a Selection Timeframe of 7 days is allowed to fully sign off on all selections.
When purchasing a “Spec Home”, a $2,500 earnest money deposit is required if you make no changes to the home and make no selection of the finishes. If you wish to select finishes that have not been ordered or wish to make changes to the home, a $5,000 non-refundable deposit is required. If selected upgrades total more than the $5,000 non-refundable deposit, a non-refundable deposit equal to the total amount of upgrades is required. Please note that the ability to make changes and selection of finishes is subject to the current completion level of the home.
When building a “Ground Up Build”, a minimum $10,000 non-refundable deposit is required. If upgrades made to the home exceed $10,000, a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of upgrades is required.
A “Spec Home” is a home being constructed based on Premier Homes’ lot and floor plan selection. Some Partially Complete Specs allow for you to make selections on finishes that have not yet been ordered.
A “Ground Up Build” is a home to be constructed based on your floor plan and lot selection, following a Builder Consultation.
