The “Gem Bonus” floor plan is a 4 bed/2 bath, split bedroom, ranch-style home that offers open-concept living and the 2nd story bonus space. Entering from the expanded covered front porch, the two secondary bedrooms, a full bath, and the laundry room are located just off the foyer. The laundry room offers an optional bench seat with hooks, perfect for dropping things as you come in the door! At the end of the foyer is the open-concept great room, kitchen, and breakfast space, overlooking the backyard and patio. On one side of the space, the focal point of the eat-in kitchen is the 6’ island with an overhang for additional seating, along with the granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The primary suite is located off the kitchen and features an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large shower, water closet, and linen closet.
